COVID-19 RESPONSE


REAL ESTATE SOLUTIONS, INC. continues to maintain the highest level of service to our clients, tenants, vendors and community during the outbreak of COVID-19. We are committed to doing our part to slow the spread of the virus. We have cleaned and sanitized the inside and outside of our office and continue to sanitize our work areas to the highest standard. We have implemented software at www.msres.com allowing you to place work orders, maintenance request, review properties for lease and gain additional information for your review.

Implemented Procedures
To maintain our services and slow the spread of the virus, we have implemented the following procedures in our office:
  • We will periodically sanitize any contact surfaces in our office between everyone that comes in to our office.
  • Our staff will regularly wash and sanitize their hands, including after all contact with any clients and customers.
  • Hand sanitizer and antibacterial soap are also available in the office for your use.
Office and Maintenance Personal
Staffing in our office will be limited to one to three persons working in segregable portions of the office where staff will not have direct contact with one another.
Our maintenance services staff will be limited. There will be a consensus to determine if it is necessary, critical or emergency situation to enter the property for any repairs.

Curbside Service: We are very happy to meet you at your automobile to help with any request you may have of us. We have also created a DROP OFF AND OR PICK UP NO PARKING AREA IN FRONT OF OUR OFFICE.

Dedicated Drop Box: We have a through the wall DEPOSITORY drop box available at the door to our main entrance.

Online personal portal: We will help you set up your very own personal on line portal to pay rent, find additional information or make maintenance request at www.msres.com. If you have any questions or concerns please call our office at, (601) 713-0007.
